I’m sorry it hit you hard. It’s the feeling many people I know have expressed.

I hope the last paragraph helps a bit.

Love Never Dies.

I read a while ago ‘I carry your heart with me, I carry it in my heart, I’ll never be without it’

Thank you Joyce. It is hard when the heart is full of grief and feels like there is no where to go, for sure. I have tried to just give everything to God all my fears, passions, wants, worries, love and grief to me that is the best place for them to go …….

Thank you Holly for your kind words. But this is not about me, it is a general feeling many people around me have expressed.

You are right though, that is the best place, but then not everyone is that spiritual-religious.

Wow. The first sentence you wrote here — I cannot remember who said this to me.. I know it was someone close. They said “Grief is love made homeless”. You encapsulated this so beautifully. Thank you. That is how I’ve been feeling for a while.

I can well imagine you have. Hope that you’ll remember this during dark days.

We say here that loved ones sleep in our heart, in a room (a chamber), door open to let love flow freely because Love Never Dies. Your heart goes where you go, and so does love. 💙🙏💫

Who says this is about me?

And FYI I’ve got 3 cats to look after and if I would not be handicapped, I would have a dog AGAIN!
