I love this Joyce — the tranquil garden, the theme of dreaming, emphasize the ephemeral nature of love and happiness. ✨💜🤗

The key to dreams is that they unlock the door to your waking moments unseen.

Wow, such vivid imagery! The garden of the gods sounds like a paradise. The bittersweetness of the dream ending is palpable. While your love may be gone, the memory (like nectar) remains. Here's hoping the beauty of the dream lingers and inspires your waking world.

AI still gets the fingers wrong, but what a great job on the rest of the god of dreams! LOL‼️😂🤣

Joyce, you are so talented. Your poetry reminds me of my mum's poetry. She was always so clever. Anything with the garden and dreams is my thing! I love it. Thank you. ox

One eye open here! ha ha! Oh she was a great poet. Published in a few old magazines of the past. I am a tiny fraction of her talent. My heart aches as she is almost blind. Mum lived to write, garden, cook and knit. Eyes. Was a legal secretary in England as a young woman and then again in America when we came here. I kept thinking who does Joyce remind me of? my mum! So good. ox

I'm so reticent of using AI for pics and I'm not even sure why. Do you like using it? (I'm not even sure how to use it... oof.)

Expand full comment
Joyce's avatar

It was just that I couldn’t find the free image I was looking for. Hence AI.

Rooster's avatar

That makes sense. I've always kept Adobe Creative Suite; and part of the package is 'x' number of free stock images every month. But now, 'x' equals something close to 'zero'. So I'm getting more and more intrigued to try AI.

Substack also has an AI Generator. I’m using it if no free picture I want, and so does Stone Bryson. Charlotte very successfully uses Bing, so just give it a try!
